On Tuesday 23rd January 2018, pupils from Years 1 to 6 performed in our ‘Pop Connections Concert’ at St. Andrew’s Church. It was a wonderful afternoon and the children were in fine voice. 

I know the children LOVED learning and performing the songs and Andy Silver from Pop Connections made the whole process of learning them lots of fun. The songs were especially written and we were the first school in the country to sing them. The lyrics are all very positive and life affirming and help to teach our children our school values of love, honesty, forgiveness and respect.

 A CD has been made of all our children singing. We will be playing this CD in our future assemblies so if you weren’t able to make the concert, please come along to one of our Friday sharing assemblies and hear one of the songs we learnt.

 Finally, thank you to all the parents and carers who came along to watch and to Jenny and everyone at St. Andrew’s Church for hosting and supporting the event.
