To strive for respect, enjoyment and excellence

Getting ready for high school

Last week, Year 5 enjoyed a 'Taster day' at Salford City Academy. They tried different lessons and ended the day with a rounders tournament. Congratulations to Raouf particularly who won not one but two bands: one for being a great and determined athlete, the other for encouraging his team mates. The children's behaviour all day was perfect and they were a real credit to St Andrews. Well done Year 5.

Chick, chick, chick, chick, chicken!

Over the past month, Year 5 have had a go at hatching eggs in the hope we will end up with some new, fluffy members of Year 5.

Fun run!

This morning, all children from EYFS to Year 6 took part in a fun run for Sport Relief. In exchange for a donation, children could dress in a 'funny' costume or come up with an inventive way of moving around the park.
