Complaints

If you have a complaint about the school, or need help and advice about your child’s education, we will do our best to help you.

In the first instance, please speak to your child’s teacher as soon as possible. The teacher will be friendly and will try to sort out your problem.

If you are not happy with the way the class teacher has dealt with the problem, please speak to the Headteacher.

If you are still unhappy, please ask at the School Office for a copy of our official complaints procedure.
